We Will Ship Worldwide

All Shippingprices are in the order form aswell the selections of the countries.

The shippingcalculator will count the total amount of your shipment.

Shipping Details
How do you get the shipping discount?
When you are done purchasing all the items you'd like, wait for us to send the invoice through E-Mail with the combined shipping/handling total.



Why hasn't your item been shipped yet ?
Please be patient. It is somewhere in our delivery path. Sometimes our emails get screened out. The bottom line is that 90% of all orders arrive within 14 days and 99% arrive within 3 weeks.



Important notes to keep in mind :
Packages usually ship 4 to 10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after payment. Some items and large orders may take a little longer, some orders may be quicker. Shipping insurance is automatically included on orders of €150.00 or more.



Additional information for International orders :
Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility and are collected once the package reaches your country. We have no jurisdiction over these expenses and cannot determine what they may be. Customs polices vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. 


Payments 
What types of payments do we accept ?
We accept Paypal (Euro, US Dollar, Great British Pound) Banktransfer, Cash in a registered letter.


How do we handle refunds and credits ?
For situations in which a credit is in order, we will refund your Paypal account minus shipping charges.


What if your order is not complete when it arrives ?
Check your shipping confirmation e-mail to make sure the items weren't sent in multiple shipments. If they weren't, contact us and we we'll take care of it. 


What if one of your items is not available (out of stock)?
Record companies take cd's and dvd's in and out of circulation all the time, without notice, to generate future demand. We have no control over this and it affects all media sellers. Therefore, we will refund the item(s) and the shipping charges and send the rest of your shipment.

If you have any other questions please contact us through e-mail. We reply to all inquiries within 48hrs and usually sooner.
